At Healing Head Therapy, I believe that mental health care should be accessible, transparent, and compassionate. Therapy is an investment in your healing and growth, and I’m committed to helping you find a plan that fits your needs and circumstances.
Session Fees
- Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $150
- Couples Therapy (60 minutes): $180
- Family Therapy (60 minutes): $200
- Clinical Consultation or Supervision (60 minutes): $150
Extended sessions and specialized formats are available upon request.
Accepted Insurance
Healing Head Therapy proudly accepts the following insurance plans:
• Cigna
• Aetna
• Optum / United Healthcare
• Medicare
If your plan is not listed, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients successfully use this option and receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. I can provide a superbill (an itemized statement) for easy submission to your insurance provider.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If you wish to use your out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance provider prior to your first session.
Here are some helpful questions to ask:
1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
2. What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
3. Is there an annual deductible that must be met before reimbursement begins?
4. How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
Sliding Scale Options
At Healing Head Therapy, I understand that financial circumstances vary. For clients experiencing financial hardship or special life situations—such as students, veterans, or those undergoing major life transitions—a limited number of sliding scale spots are available.
Sliding scale eligibility is considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair and ethical access to care. Please feel free to discuss your needs during the consultation so we can explore flexible options together.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session and can be made securely via credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card.
Healing Head Therapy also accepts all web-based payment options compatible with Stripe, ensuring convenience and security for online sessions.

Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client.
Confidentiality:
All sessions are confidential and compliant with HIPAA privacy laws.
